The menus of the Westfield page were hard to read and complicated to understand.
The information architecture is complicated; the navigation is not easy for the user. The main problems are these.

The process
User testing was used, to deliver a user-centred design (UCD). The users pointed out the most significant problem inside the original information architecture, and they helped to design a new one.
Additionally, the new terms for the information architecture were tested to see which words were more appealing.
